Further Information about LSP

LSP Analysis Options

A table giving basic details of all selected results highlighting those out of spec, together with % in spec, mean and standard deviation values. These are summarised on each page of the report with an outline of any specification variations applying to those results.[See screenshot]

Grading chart:

A full particle size distribution chart for the aggregate content of a material. Axes are automatically determined and the base specification for the material can also be overlaid. While viewing your average grading on screen, you can change the specification limits to others held on the system. A really quick way of evaluating a source for supply to different material specifications. [See screenshot]

Test Certificate:

A full report quality test certificate can now be printed from several parts of LSP. This covers sample identification, sources, a particle size analysis table and grading chart on one very neat report. Ready for direct dispatch to your client. These may be printed from data entry or the summary statistics report. From the gradings analysis, a Certificate of Typical Grading can be reported, not just an average grading chart.

Control chart:

Once you select a material attribute and scale, LSP displays the values against time. For each page, you have the option of plotting all results, one page per week, month, quarter or year. In addition you can select to plot the spec limits, mid point or quartiles. The control chart is the standard method of determining whether a trend is developing. For example, a sieving screen on your plant may be coming up to replacement. LSP can help you predict that time before it's overdue and your customers tell you. [See screenshot]

Frequency distribution:

Calculates the distribution of values from one attribute of a material (E.g. binder content or filler). LSP automatically determines the optimum layout for the chart. Options are available to overlay the chart with any relevant specification limits. With this you can show a client if your materials are consistently mid-spec. [See screenshot]

Number of results:

Bar chart showing the number of test results from each batching plant.[See screenshot]

Result category:

Pie chart showing the number and percentage of selected results having the various compliance categories. A rapid and non-technical way of reviewing the compliance of a given material. [See screenshot]

Each of these can be used on any material. The user enters their selection criterion and LSP produces the report - quickly and painlessly.
