Support Contract

Pennine Data Support Contracts are a cost-effective way of obtaining support on the computer-related aspects of your business. Compared to most commercially available support contracts that only cover individual software packages or hardware, Pennine Data charge a single annual fee of £200 and cover all of your PC hardware and software user support.

Included in the price is up to 15 minutes of support time per month, and you can receive support by phone, fax or even email. Additional support time is billed at £5 per 15 minutes (half the cost of many support companies with premium rate calls).

Pennine Data Support Contracts are designed to give value for money. In addition, on-line support can be provided. Registered users can have access to the support sections of our internet site. This gives specialist user groups automated 24 hour access to the latest news, help and application updates for a nominal annual subscription.
